Monday Night Chef's Table with Four Peaks Brewery
To kick off the week, ZuZu in Scottsdale is celebrating its favorite local brewery with a four-course menu designed around Four Peaks' award-winning brews. The menu includes Gouda & Caramelized Onion Tart, Crispy Duck Salad, Blackened Beef Short Rib, and Sour Cream Cheesecake. As for beers, you'll get to taste the classic 8th Street Ale, signature Kilt Lifter, Hop Knot IPA, and the Barrel Aged Sirius Black. If you haven't heard of the last one, it's an American Double/Imperial Stout. The dinner costs $56 a person and reservations are required. Call 480-421-7997.
