Fermenting 101: Arizona Homebrewer's Basics
This October, you can join the Arizona Society of Homebrewers for a crash course on fermentation and the basics of homebrewing during a five-week class available through the city of Tempe. The course, which will be led by ASH President Rob Fullmer, will cost $39 and will be held at Four Peaks on Wilson in Tempe. It also includes an optional brewday on November 2 at the Brewers Connection. Registration for non-Tempe residents opens today and can be purchased online at the city of Tempe website. Napa Valley Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, head to the Greene House in Scottsdale for a taste of California's iconic Napa Valley. The California-inspired restaurant will host a three-course wine dinner featuring the wines of Cep Vineyards, a secondary label of Peay Vineyards located on the west Sonoma cost.
