As of Thursday, June 27, those who enjoy their cocktails courtesy of mustachioed Valley mixologist Travis Nass at Lon's at the Hermosa's Last Drop bar in Paradise Valley can get something extra -- namely, more affordable grub.

The cocktail lounge, named after the painting "The Last Drop," by the resort's namesake artist Lon Megargee, has received a makeover of the more cozy, casual-dining kind.

Here's what guests can expect.

Along with the cocktails and bar bites, Last Drop will offer a new lunch menu created by chef Jeremy Pacheco featuring small plates, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas made from a new, wood-burning oven.

And the space at Last Drop at the Hermosa has been made over as well -- expanded to include a grill room with couch and table seating and featuring nightly live entertainment during happy hour.

"Undergoing this renovation to the space has taken our seating from accommodating 25 to 70 within Last Drop," says Lon's managing director Michael Gildersleeve. "With casual dining being a huge culinary trend at the moment -- specifically within the hospitality industry -- it was important for us to create a new space, new menu, and a more affordable price point for Valley residents and guests of The Hermosa Inn."
