What We Bought:
The brand-spankin'-new Arcadia Farmers Market is just warming up. Without letting the hot weather scare them off and with plenty of shade from tented tables, about 20 vendors were set up this past Sunday. We were instantly drawn to the pretty purple egg cartons housing Horny Toad Farms' eggs ($6 per dozen). With eggs in hand, we spotted Herlocher's Dipping Mustard ($5). The sweet, almost honey mustard style flavor and smooth consistency would make the perfect deviled egg with our farm fresh little friends.

Next we grabbed Baker Thirteen's chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls called buckeyes (three for $3). Since the sun began to melt the buckeyes on display, the little boxes of three buckeyes were kept on ice until they found a good home. Feeling a little melty ourselves, we decided a refreshing agave mint lemonade ($3) from Terra Java was the next logical step.
