For 2013, the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame's nomination and voting body has been expanded to include peers, chefs, mixologists, organization leaders, board members, food critics, and those with a pulse on the food and beverage industry (think organizations like the American Culinary Federation Chefs Association of Arizona and the U.S. Bartenders Guild -- Phoenix Chapter).

Great choices. I particularly like Seftel because I began following him when I moved here and he was working for New Times and Upward Projects because they are in my mind the leaders of the pack of local restaurateurs who spreading the word of good food and times in Phoenix.

love how Howard Seftel is being nominated for a lifetime achievement award. If he wins, how does he accept his prize without anyone recognizing him? ;)
