Carne Asada Burrito at Asadero Toro
Serious meat lovers would do well to visit the fairgrounds-facing fast food restaurant that is El Toro on West McDowell Road. The restaurant's carne asada burrito is a dish that's straight to the point. Inside a large flour tortilla, you'll find nothing but grilled beef -- no fillers, no sauces, just straight-up meat. What you do with your beef burrito is entirely up to you. El Torro offers an ample serve-yourself condiments bar complete with a variety of salsas, peppers, freshly chopped vegetable garnishes, citrus, and more. And if you find all that meat in your burrito to be too straightforward, for an additional cost you easily add a side of rice or beans to your plate.

Breakfast Burrito at Downtown Phoenix Public Market
Those who go to the Downtown Phoenix Public Market just to shop really aren't taking in the full experience. There are food trucks, yes. Samples, of course. But have you ever tried Mi Salsa's freshly grilled breakfast burritos? A hearty helping of chorizo, eggs, potatoes, cheese, beans and your choice of salsa -- Mi Salsa's breakfast burritos are just the fuel you need to power through your farmers market excursions. Find the stand in the heart of the market and treat yourself to the most important meal of the day.

I wish you had included the deep fried green chili burritos from Juan's on 16th st and Thomas on this list! Not sure if you've tried this burrito but I would say it is hands down the best burrito I've ever had in my life!

Mmm, just had a burro from Carolina's Mexican Grill last night for dinner! The tortillas really aren't over-hyped. They're amazing.

I've eaten at Los Taquitos, I'm surprised they haven't killed someone yet. With The Original Burrito Company right up the road, any of a number of their burritos would be a better choice.

El pollo asado burrito at Crescent Ballroom is better than all those burritos.

Those all look like total gut bombs. I'll stick with the Clare Burro from Restaurant Mexico. Whole beans, avocado and green sauce.
