Biltmore Union Farmers Market: What We Skipped and What We're Still Lusting Over

Recently, we were whining on Facebook that the one downside of living downtown is that you can't get decent delivery. Well, we'll stop our belly-achin' now that we've found Porte Cochère. The fine-food service delivers fresh and frozen delights Sunday through Friday from 2 to 6 p.m.
Their repertoire includes delicious tomato soup in cute mason jars that actually tastes like tomatoes, huge chicken pot pies with golden brown crust and tasty salads with local produce. We can't wait to order their kale and Brussels sprouts salad, pot au feu and homemade chicken noodle soup.
Although the prices are a little steep, the samples we got justify shelling out that kind of dough for tasty food delivered straight to your door. While the Biltmore Union Farmers Market was a little smaller than we expected, we're so glad we found that it was totally worth the trip.
