In partnership with the owners of D'Vine Bistro & Wine Bar, Sleepy Dog Pub & Bistro will open at 11 a.m. Friday, February 15, in the former Warren's Jazz Bistro at the southwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field in Gilbert.

And unlike its Tempe location, this Sleepy Dog comes with built-in bites.

Sleepy Dog Pub & Bistro will offer eats like bruschetta, mac and cheese, salads, bratwurst, vegetarian chili, and burgers to go along with the beer.

The food partners with the pub's 16 draft handles (six Sleepy Dog and 10 guest craft beers) and an extensive wine list (courtesy of D'Vine), which can be enjoyed at an indoor/outdoor bar or patio. No brewing will be done at the Gilbert Sleepy Dog location.

Along with the suds and grub, Sleepy Dog Pub & Bistro plans to host live music every Thursday through Saturday.
