I am pleaased as punch to hear that Narcisse Champagne Lounge closed down.  I used to work Security at the shopping/office development where Narcisse was located.  Narcisse routinely over-served their customers and did nothing to discourage bad behavior.  Worse, they catered to a set of over-privileged, over-moneyed snotbags who felt there could never be any consequences to their actions.  (I call it Scottsdale Syndrome: "I drive a BMW, so fuck you.")  Drunks, fights, public urination and sex acts, sexual assaults were so common I ended up knowing some Scottsdale Police officers by their first names because they showed up so often.  Narcisse closing down makes the world a cleaner and better place.
