This cheese is gold! Pure gold!
What We're Still Lusting Over: The hardest part of this trip to the market was leaving behind Fiscalini's San Joaquin Gold raw milk cheese. The tart young parmesan with a manchego preparation would be the perfect addition to any salad or antipasto plate. Next week, we'll be sure to bring $12 for a slice of the wheel.
