Charcuterie from The House Brasserie
Nobody in town knows cheese like Laura Mulchay. And lately she's been making room at the table for another fancy food trend: the ancient art of charcuterie.

The founder of WedgeFestUSA, owner of the defunct Petite Fromage, and advocate for American artisan and craft cheese will be sharing her knowledge of artisan salami products at The House Brasserie at the end of the month.

The limited-seating event will include wine, champagne, and beers to accompany a selection of artisan salami. Featured producers will include Creminelli Fine Foods, a salami producer from Utah, and Olympic Provisions of Portland, OR.

Mulchay, who owns Hotdish with husband Joel LaTondress, will host the event and "walk guests through the wonderful world of American made charcuterie."

The event will take place from 2-4 p.m. at The House Brasserie on Sunday, January 27th. Tickets cost $30 a person and guests must be over 21.

For more information or to reserve a spot visit the Hotdish website.
