Petite Maison's version of eggs benedict

If you aren't ready for to end your extravagant New Year's celebration, book a table for Petite Maison's three-course champagne brunch, available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Options include banana bread French toast with maple and honey butter, Bloody Mary shrimp cocktail with vodka and chorizo, Hoppin' Josh salad with grilled Andouille and lucky black-eyed peas, "reviver" mac n' cheese with smoked lardons and gruyere, and beignets with dusted sugar. Brunch is $35 per person plus tax and gratuity, and the meal includes flowing champagne and mimosas. Reservations are recommended; call 480-991-6887.

Distrito

Early risers can head to Distrito, where the regular brunch menu will be available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. For $15 per person, the Make-Your-Own Bottomless Bloody Mary Bar will be open for the occasion. Satisfy all your breakfast cravings in one plate with the Distrito Skillet, a killer hangover cure composed of house-smoked brisket, roasted potatoes, caramelized onion, black beans, poblano peppers, and chile de arbol. Or, savor a bowl of pozole verde. Chock full of hominy, clams, chorizo, and chewy bits of pork belly, it's the perfect complement to a little hair of the dog. Carefree Station

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the regular Sunday brunch menu will be available. Choose from favorites like huevos rancheros and cheese crepes, or take it to the next level with crab benedict on toasted brioche and a smoed salmon platter with bagel, capers, tomatoes, chopped egg, onion, and whipped mascarpone cream cheese spread. District American Kitchen and Wine Bar

The District Harvest Table, available from 6:30 a.m. to noon, will be a complete breakfast experience for only $17.95. Dishes includes fluffy scrambled eggs with Singh Farms I'itoi onions, applewood smoked bacon, peppered sausage, biscuits with Shreiner's red eye gravy, sweet toast with Vermont maple syrup, assorted breads and pastries, fresh fruit and juice, yogurt, and of course coffee. For an additional $3, build your own Bloody Mary or opt for a simple mimosa. For a serious upgrade, try the five chili Bloody Mary made with mazama-infused pepper vodka for $5.
