From 5 p.m. to midnight, Petite Maison will be serving a four-course menu with dual options. Starters include ahi tuna tartar with quail egg and shaved bonito, lobster and vanilla risotto with dried tobiko, and duck confit strudel with cranberry and chestnut. For the entrée there is a choice of sous vide veal blanquette with rock shrimp and asparagus or roasted sea bass with artichoke puree and braised fennel. Dessert is a trio of sweet confections. Arizona Taco Festival Grand Champs Milagro Grill will be hosting a four-course meal capped off by a Champagne toast. The meal starts with a choice of either ahi tuna ceviche or smoked chicken thights with dates, white bans, bacon, and pasilla chile. The main course is either a prime New York steak with chimichurri or pork porterhouse with pear, Manchegomaloti, cabbage, and Serrano. Dessert is a pear coffee cake with dark chocolate and an espresso whip or peanut butter churros with marzipan chocolate crumb and horchata mousse. There will be dinner available for $95 per person at 7 p.m. that includes soup, salad, a main course, dessert, choice of one bottle (per 2 guests) of red wine, white wine, or champagne. Diners can also keep the table for the night to stay and party it up. After 9 p.m., there will be a $40 cover for men; entry is free for women. There will also be a VIP experience available to 50 people. For $200, the evening includes a private buffet from 8 to 10 p.m. and host bar from 8 to 11 p.m., all in two private rooms and an outside lounge. There will be a champagne toast at midnight plus party favors.
