Champagne Chef's Table Dinner at Café Zuzu
At Hotel Valley Ho's Café Zuzu, diners don't have to wait until New Year's Eve to toast the holiday season with champagne. On Monday, December 10, the restaurant will host its annual Champagne Chef's Table. The evening begins with a Belvedere cocktail reception in the lounge at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7.
Examiner Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut will be served with the main course.
A four-course meal with champagne pairings will be served, featuring Maine lobster and ahi, kale salad with a crisp butternut crepe, roast tenderloin of beef, and ricotta cheesecake. The meal is $68 per person pus tax and gratuity. For reservations, call 480-421-7997.
