Eight if you're talking about the Centennial Cooking Celebration airing at 7 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, November 27) on Eight, Arizona PBS.
The chefs will be joining cookbook author, culinary instructor, and television personality Barbara Fenzl for a two-hour special devoted to Arizona's rich culinary history. During the show, Fenzl will invite each chef on stage to prepare a signature dish in front of a live studio audience.
