Three Things to Eat, Drink, and Bake this Weekend

The actual Fourth of July holiday may have been on Wednesday, but as far as we're concerned, the celebration should continue through the entire weekend.

So we're extending our patriotic plans this weekend with a real Arizona burger, a couple of historic American cocktails, and a batch of sinfully good pancakes.

Eat This: Bacon Cheeseburger from The Chuckbox -- This Tempe institution celebrated its 40th birthday last month, and after all this time, it's still one of our favorite spots in town to satisfy our burger craving. A thick mesquite-charbroiled patty of juicy ground beef is topped with crispy burger-shaped bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh lettuce and tomato. Add a side of fried-to-perfection Chuck Box potatoes and you've got yourself the perfect Arizona burger meal. Delicious!
