In an effort to make Mom proud, Chow Bella's taking a good, hard look at the most important meal of the day in the form of Scrambled, a mashup of breakfast recipes, news and reviews of local restaurants serving the a.m. crowd.
Gotta love Pinterest. We just saw this breakfast cupcake and weren't totally freaked out by it like the sandwich cake we recently spotted, too.
It contains all the components of a delicious breakfast bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salsa and toast. It's just arranged into the pretty form of a cupcake.

As long as you know that you're not biting into something sweet, we think these look pretty cool.
Served last minute hot and cold for a special breakfast, we imagine we would love biting into it. If anything, it'd be a good-looking way to keep portion size under control, especially during Arizona's food festival season.
