Jennifer's two-hour Saturday class will focus on how to incorporate seasonal winter veggies into your meal routine and like it!
Watch, listen, and learn as Jennifer whips up three delicious courses. Start with a bitter green salad topped with a poached egg and a warm bacon dressing paired with a glass of Arizona Stronghold's Dayden. The second course will feature an individual pizza topped with local goat cheese, olive and greens sauce, and toasted pine nuts paired with a Rose Brut. Finish the afternoon meal off with brownie bites with candied Seville orange peel, topped with fresh whipped cream fraiche, and paired with the always tasty Sonoran white chocolate ale.
