Christmas is right around the corner -- and we hope that all of your baking, wrapping, and planning needs have been met, because it's time to start thinking about what you're going to do for the ever-so-important last night of the year. 
To help you narrow down your New Year's Eve plans, we've gone ahead and put together this handy list of Valley restaurants offering New Year's evening dining specials so you can ring in 2012 in style. 

Kai at The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass -- Chose from either a five or nine-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Michael O'Dowd which includes tuffles, foie gras, caviar, suckling pig, and more. $140 - $225 ++ per person. 602-385-5726

Carefree Station -- Celebrate New Year's Eve in every time zone starting at 10 p.m. Dinner specials include jumbo Canadian lobster tail, Kobe strip loin, and a party favor dessert platter. Reservations suggested. 480-488-8182

Cowboy Ciao -- Four-course dinner featuring elk chili con carne, exotic mushroom pan fry, filet mignon with crab sauce, and many more options. $49-$69 ++ per person. 480-946-3111

The Duce -- New Year's Eve party with a DJ, karaoke, dancing, hula hooping, New Year's slider basket, and bottomless champagne punch plus a midnight boxing match. $20 per person. 602-866-3823
