Where Am I Eating?

• Nobuo at Teeter House.  Love that place. 

• Speaking of Chelsea's Kitchen, I've only been there a couple of times.  They have a nice patio, so maybe I'll give it one more shot as the weather cools, but my two visits there have been about a C-.  The first time there, shortly after it opened, I was disappointed in a lack-luster menu and slow service.  Another attempt about a month ago found a greatly improved menu.  I specifically asked our server if he had ever had a French Dip at Houston's (Hillstone).  He said yes, and that Chelsea's French Dip was just as good or better.  I beg to differ!  The beef was good, but the roll could not compare to Houston's on any level.  And the fries that came with it were limp and soggy. For the same price, go 6 blocks west and get the best French Dip in Phoenix.
