Phoenix Dining Cards Are Your New Favorite Gift for CenPho-ites

Categories: News

In need of a quick gift for a CenPho pal that likes to eat at locally owned restaurants? Have I got an idea for you.

Check out Phoenix Dining Cards. Packaged like a deck of cards, each of the 52 cards inside is a gift certificate to a local restaurant in Central Phoenix -- 50 cards are worth $10 off your food bill of $30 or more and two "wildcards" offer a couple of freebie deals.

The deck of dining cards is $20 -- pretty good considering you're getting back a little over $500 in savings -- and includes restaurants like Coup de Tartes, Maizie's Café and Bistro, Thai Basil Signature, and Mrs. White's Golden Rule Cafe.

And here's the good news: no blackout dates, the cards don't expire until the end of next year, the rules are the same for all the restaurants, and (bonus) one dollar from the sale of the cards goes to Phoenix Children's Hospital.

For a complete list of participating restaurants and to find out how to get your dining deck, follow the jump.

I picked up my deck of Phoenix Dining Cards at Saint 22, the cool little Chicago-esque boutique on Thomas Road and 15th Avenue. You can also order them online here.

There are also dining cards available for the cities of Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Boston, Indianapolis, and Rochester.
