The Sun reports fertility doctors from Harvard University and the University of Murcia, Spain, have discovered that healthy young men between the ages of 18 and 22 who ate a high proportion of junk food had poorer quality sperm than those on a nutritious daily diet -- especially if they consumed a high amount of trans fats, typically found in fried foods.
Regardless of exercise and a healthy weight, the "swimmers" of potential baby daddies who enjoy a steady diet of burgers and fries were still found to be less likely to survive the journey to egg fertilization.
Makes "Think Outside the Bun" take on a whole different meaning.
