Wine Dinner, BLT Style

BLT Steak's September installation of their monthly wine dinner series is happening tomorrow night at 6. The award-winning Paradise Valley restaurant will be joined by Bryan Del Bondio, president of the Markham Vineyards in Napa Valley, CA, for an educational evening of food and wine. Del Bondio will be speaking with guests about the vineyards and wine production. The five-course dinner is highlighted with gourmet dishes such as yellowfin tuna & locally grown beet carpaccio, house made charcuterie, Cabernet braised monkfish tail, grass-fed beef tenderloin, and a caramelized French butter pear bread pudding with black current cardamon ice cream and poppy seed streusel. Each course will be paired with wine from the Markham collection. $95++ per person, seating is limited and reservations are required. Call 480-905-7979 for your last minute reservations.
