Dominic Armato from Skillet Doux is miffed that the mainstream press and food bloggers have been ignoring what he considers Scottsdale's best kept secret, Shin Bay. We did mention the opening in May, but Armato thinks it deserves some screaming attention. If the photos and detailed review of his Japanese feast won't entice you to check it out, nothing will. Chef Shinji Kurita's "modern Japanese gem" is turning out pure art. Check out this sashimi platter. Unreal.
