Need to feel some sweet love in the a.m. hours? The Herb Box, the upscale casual restaurant in Scottsdale with accessible eats and a chic vibe, brings passion to the plate with its red velvet pancakes with mascarpone créme, Grand Marnier syrup, and wood-smoked bacon.

The cake-y, chocolate-ty red velvet pancakes are treats in themselves, but the added lemon flavor of the creamy mascarpone (Italian triple-cream cheese), and the bright, sweet taste of the Grand Marnier syrup puts this breakfast into bliss-drive.
