Some folks may know Bob's Big Burger at Renegade Canteen by its original Roaring Fork name, the Big Ass Burger. No matter what you call it, this beauty's the drool-worthy creation of James Beard Award Winner, chef Bob McGrath.
And damn does that man know how to make a burger.
A towering triumph of a hunger-buster and chock full of flavor, Bob's Big Burger arrives stacked with a thick, two-third pound, juice-dripping burger of sirloin and chuck, melted cheddar, crispy bacon, tomato, lettuce, a poblano chile, and grilled onions ringing 'round a long toothpick barely holding the entire creation together.
