Five for Five at Five
Good news happy hour hounds, BLT Steak at Camelback Inn has revamped their happy hour menu with new summer items. Monday through Friday, join the resort restaurant from 5 to 7 p.m. for five gourmet small plates, five specialty cocktails and the beautiful scenery of Camelback Mountain. The new summer menu features steak tartare with quail egg and garlic baguette, spicy yellowfin tune ceviche with avocado and chiles, and grilled flat bread with tangy fontina, wild arugula and locally grown Seacat tomatoes. Wash it down with a grand fig Old Fashion or a blueberry Hemingway. The best part -- all happy hour menu items are just $5. FYI --happy hour deals are only available in the bar area.

Bombs Away!
We were about to give up on the poor little cake pop, then we discovered cake bombs. Frozen cake balls wrapped in ice cream and then rolled in peanuts, oreo cookie crumbs, chocolate chips or whatever your sweet tooth can dream up. Check out how to make these too-cute desserts here.
