Biltmore Offering After-Dark Dinner Deals Through July 31

​We're thrilled that Arizona now has two Restaurant Weeks -- one during the spring season and another in fall. But it kind of sucks that you have to wait around for months just to partake in the event's dining and drinking deals, especially when the Phoenicians who actually stick around for our infamous 114-degree days could probably use the excuse to hole up in an air-conditioned restaurant with a good, cheap meal every day for a week.

Good news, though. That's exactly what the folks at Biltmore Fashion Park are offering with their new Dining After Dark special, which lasts through the end of July. Visit one of six Biltmore restaurants after 8 p.m. daily and you can score 2 entrees, dessert and drinks for $50 per couple.

A sweet ending at California Pizza Kitchen.

​Participating restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, Capital Grille, California Pizza Kitchen and the new Black Chile Mexican Grill, which is also including complimentary chips with queso and salsa with their specials menu of tacos, meatloaf or tortilla chicken, margarita or house wine, and fried ice cream.

Christopher's/Crush Lounge is dishing up salmon with lemon beurre blanc or hangar steak, plus wine and housemade cheesecake, gateaux Marjolaine or mousse cake, while Sam Fox and Dr. Andrew Weil's True Food Kitchen is tossing in herb hummus with wine or "skinny" margarita and entrees including their tasty organic ricotta ravioli and pan-seared halibut. For dessert, there's strawberry crisp or a slice of chocolate or almond cake, all made without refined sugar.
