Romeo's shrimp Corfu, a nod to one of the largest Ionian islands off the west coast of mainland Greece, features shrimp, asparagus, scallions, red peppers, tomatoes, and capers sautéed in olive oil, white wine, garlic, and herbs, with a topping of feta cheese crumbles.

Crunchy, fresh vegetables meet light, tasty shrimp in this delicious dish with a delicate yet decidedly complex array of seasonings and a crumbled topping of feta cheese. And since the portion sizes at Romeo's guarantee leftovers, chances are you'll get to enjoy it all over again the next day.
