Lara Mulchay and Joel LaTondress Launch Community Supported Provisions Program: A "Pop-Up General Store for Foodies"
After last month's pop-up restaurant happening in Tucson, Lara Mulchay from Petite Fromage, her (sadly) now-defunct Phoenix cheese shop, and Joel LaTondress, a web developer who has worked on special events with many Valley chefs, are continuing to stay busy with the launch of Community Supported Provisions, or CSP.
As part of the twosome's new culinary venture, Hotdish Inc., CSP is described as, "a membership-based program in which recipients will receive a box full of artisan cheeses, charcuterie and other fine foods on a weekly and/or monthly basis." Or, as Mulchay puts it, "All the things that a traditional cheese shop would carry in one convenient package."
CSP's gourmet pickin's have a solid pedigree. Find out where the goodies come from, check out CSP's June offerings, or just quit it already and find out how to sign up after the jump.
CSP products include American artisan cheeses and charcuterie from Beehive Cheese Co., Creminelli Fine Foods, and Gary West Meats, and baked goods and sweets from MJ Bread and Tracy Dempsey Originals.
