Italian Dinner Crudo Style
Join Crudo Cafe tonight for what may be one of their last monthly wine dinners. Chef Cullen will be whipping up a three-course dinner featuring cuisine from Umbria, Italy. Tuna tartare with cucumber agrodolce, black truffle bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and hazelnuts and spaghetti with fennel and house made sausage. Grilled Fruit Skewers
It's too freakin' hot to bake anything, but we refuse to skip dessert. So we'll just have to grill it. Skewer you favorite fruits and toss them on the grill. The heat really brings out the sweetness of the fruit and of course leaves beautiful grill marks. Drizzle with honey mint syrup and you're done!
