You'll soon be able to grab Cartel's coffee on the "fly."
Earlier this week, we blogged about the upcoming restaurant changes at Sky Harbor International Airport's Terminal 4. Deliberations were underway for the initial restaurant "Master Concessionaire" recommendation, which would then be passed through several other committees before receiving final approval from the Phoenix City Council.

Well, the verdict is in.

Three proposals were submitted for the initial contract (one of two contracts that the airport will be awarding for Terminal 4 food services) and each company was interviewed in mid-April.

The winning bidder was Host International, Inc., which impressed the airport's decision-making panel with a proposal dominated by a ton of notable local and national names including Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza's Barrio Cafe, Cartel Coffee Lab, several La Grande Orange eateries, and four Sam Fox ventures: Olive & Ivy, Sauce, Modern Steak and Blanco Tacos + Tequila. Current tenant Oaxaca is out, but El Bravo will stay in the mix.

Get the full list of Host International's proposed eateries after the jump...

Which concourses and which gates? It's kind of relevant to folks who fly through Skyharbor.
