We love it when local restaurants take advantage of the benefits of social media while also clueing us in on their goings-on. Because really, we don't need to hear about your new marketing plan or your kids' birthday party for the twenty thousandth time, but if you're going to offer cheap drinks, free food or any other sweet deals via a Tweet, we're all ears. Or eyes.

All week long Bombay Spice in Phoenix has been Tweeting and Facebooking hints about some mysterious Fan Appreciation Weekend where their Twitter and Facebook followers can take advantage of specials for those in the know.

So, here's the deal: Bombay Spice is rolling out a few new menu items this month, and they want to know what you think. Come in Friday through Sunday with the code word and you'll get to try their parathas, or stuffed naan bread, for FREE.
