Jack Daniel's Whiskey Dinner
Alliance Beverage and Chef Aaron May are teaming up Wednesday, March 16th at The Lodge in Scottsdale for a meat, potatoes and whiskey kind of evening. The Jack Daniel's Wild Game Dinner starts with venison jalapeno poppers and a shot of Jack Daniel's then continues with elk osso bucco served with sauteed spinach, fingerling potatoes and a Jack Daniel's Manhattan. Save room for a slice of chocolate peanut-brittle mousse cake with JD Single Barrel chocolate sauce and a snifter of Single Barrel on the side. 21 + only please. $30 ++ per person. Whiskey Cake
Okay, okay they aren't exactly green, but come on, who could resist these cute jars filled with cake---and whiskey. Sprinkle Bakes leading lady Heather never ceases to amaze us with her baked goods and beautiful photographs, but we especially love her desserts in jars. Make a batch of Whiskey Cake for your friends and family for a St. Patrick's Day treat to-go.
