Hot on the heels of new Narcisse Champagne & Tea Lounge, which just opened at the Scottsdale Quarter (Scottsdale Rd. and Greenway-Hayden Loop), now there's another restaurant launch at the upscale shopping complex: Parc Central
opens its doors to the public tomorrow.
Executive chef Chad Burnett
(formerly of Joe's Farm Grill
in Gilbert) has created a contemporary American menu that incorporates international inspirations and features local produce and meats.
From Welsh rarebit to black truffle hummus to lobster lasgna and a jerk chicken Caribbean salad, it's an eclectic assortment of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees available at both lunch and dinner. The full bar serves craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
Stick around for late night on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, when live DJs will be spinning house music and acid jazz until 2 a.m.
