Things got bubbly in more ways than one last night with a grand opening for a new concept at the Scottsdale Quarter: the tea lounge and champagne bar.
Narcisse Champagne and Tea Lounge offers tea and biscuits during daylight -- and much more at night, including "members only" privileges ranges from use of a private elevator to "club card"-style recommendations for frequent purchasers. Membership does come at a price, starting at $375 and ranging up to $5000 for a corporate membership.
But last night the bubbly was flowing for free at a VIP event with the owners on hand to offer tours of the private entrance and champagne distributors there to pour glasses of dry Brut and floral, fruity Rose, with some some real Champagne tossed in. For more details about Narcisse, visit their website.
Check out our photos of the evening's fashions -- which featured everything from bird's nest hair to head-to-toe-white to a devilish red tutu.
