Christopher's Wine Dinner
Join Christopher's for their first Wine Dinner of 2011 Wednesday January 19th at 6:30 p.m.. The four course dinner will start with a specialty cocktail amuse bouche and then continue with potato wrapped halibut, duck confit with lentils, boneless braised short ribs and warm toffee and fig pudding for dessert. A selection of wines from the St. Hallet Winery in Barossa, Australia will be paired with the meal. $55 ++ per person. Seating is limited. Call 602-522-2344 for reservations.


Summer Cupcakes
We went in search of a bright dessert to help get us out of our winter funk. Plus we have loads of citrus from friends and family and no clue what to do with it. Lucky for us we stumbled upon Read.Cook.Digest's Triple Citrus Cupcakes. A delicious orange flavored cupcake with a tangy lemon lime frosting is just the thing to brighten any day!
