With so much going on for New Year's Eve, there is no way we could cram it all into one Eater's Digest. Here s our second round of fancy dinner events going on around town. Good luck picking one!
Jump on the light rail and live it up at Cheuvront's New Year's Eve Celebration Dinner. Chef Ryan Rivera has created an exceptional menu to ring in 2011. Dinner starts with either Thai lobster soup or a roasted goat cheese salad, then pick your entree, filet mignon, duck confit or dover sole and then finish up with apple cobbler or chocolate crepes. Just around the corner, Christopher's will be ringing in the new year with a four-course tasting menu created by Chef Christopher Gross. The tasting menu will feature lobster pot pie, chestnut soup with fois gras, rack of lamb, scallops, venison, raspberry mousse macaroons and more. $65 ++ per person, $100 ++ per person with wine pairing by Sommelier Paola Embry.
