Three New Restaurants Coming to Scottsdale Promenade

​The dining mix at the Scottsdale Promenade, the sprawling complex of restaurants, retail, and offices at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, continues to evolve, with three new eateries slated to open soon.

Someburros, the popular East Valley Mexican restaurant chain that has locations in Gilbert, Tempe, and Chandler, is heading north, with a new store opening at the Promenade on Thursday. The menu includes specialty burros, chimichangas, tacos, enchiladas, and combo plates; everything is under $8.

Also in the works to open in December or January are a sushi spot, Yume Sushi & Grill, as well as Genghis Grill Mongolian Stir-Fry.
