Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Wine Wednesdays
It's Wednesday, so why not wind down after work with a glass of wine or two. Join the  Sun Devil Cellar Pub in Mesa tonight for a little wine and a little shopping. From 6 to 8 p.m. enjoy a special wine tasting & boutique show featuring custom clothing and purses from designers and handmade platters and cups made from recycled glass. The tasting costs just $5 per person, leaving you with plenty of money to buy things with.

If you choose to spend your time on the other side of town, Brix Wine Spot in Cave Creek hosts weekly Wednesday Wine Tastings from 5 to 7 p.m. This week is your chance to taste the entire line of decoy wines from Napa Valley's Duckhorn Vineyards. Light snacks will also be provided. The tasting will run you $10 per person and if you decide to take a bottle of that nights featured wine, you will receive a 10% discount.

Mini Candy Apples
They may look like mini candy apples but they are really donut holes in disguise. These Candy "apple" Donuts are so cute we just had to share them. Homemade apple donuts dipped in cinnamon spiced candy syrup and then topped with, errr, potato chips? That last part sounds totally strange but hey, we'll try it anyways.
