Zucchini Soup
Halloween is over which means it's time to switch gears from adorable to comforting. Soup seems to be what we're craving these days and this recipe from Chico's Kitchen sounds like it will hit the spot. Sauteed zucchini, onions and garlic all blended together with laughing cow cheese  has never sounded better. Infuse your olive oil with chives the day before for an extra kick.
