Buffalo Wings & Rings
owners Jim and Carol Lolli rebranded their Chandler restaurant into a craft-brew-friendly eatery and taproom called The Hungry Monk, and quietly opened last month at Chandler and Dobson (1760 W. Chandler Blvd., 480-963-8000).

But now they're up and running, ready to rally the public and host an Oktoberfest -- or, make that Hoptoberfest -- this month and an official grand opening in November.

Usually, there are four to seven IPAs on tap, among more than two dozen West Coast craft brew selections that include locals Four Peaks and San Tan Brewing. The food menu includes sandwiches, salads, and wings.

But for their special event October 22 through 24, they'll have a dozen different IPAs for beer drinkers to look forward to, including Great Divide's 16th Anniversary Wood Aged Double IPA. Read on for the full list on the event flyer:

Of all of the post-Yucca, post Taste of Tops beer bars, this place has the best tap lists. Not sure what their fascination is with UFC though.
