Just got a hold of the lunch and all-day brunch menu from The Duce (525 S. Central Ave.), and it looks like a spot I'll want to put in my regular rotation of downtown haunts. Not to mention, the place is so unique, set inside a cavernous vintage warehouse just south of all the shiny new CityScape action.Pear and pecan salad, maple-roasted baby back ribs, brisket sliders on mini challah knots . . . it all sounds like a tasty break in the middle of the day. A spot on the patio in the shade, with hand-squeezed organic lemonade, would go perfectly with any of those.
