Crayfish Party
When we think about crayfish, the first things that come to mind are Sweden and flat-packed furniture with clean lines. Well, okay, not exactly, but this week we'll make an exception. This Friday at the Ikea in Tempe, enjoy an all-you-can-eat Crayfish Party. Tickets are only $10 per adult and $2.50 for the little ones. In addition to the piles of crayfish, there will also be specialty bread and cheeses from Sweden, meatballs, mashed potatoes and more. Seating times are 4 to 5:30 p.m. or 5:30 to 7 p.m. Click here for more details.

Drippy-Egg Cake
Who would ruin a perfectly good cake by putting a dozen drippy-eggs on it? Yuck. This cake was so horrifying that we just had to investigate. Thankfully, those drippy-eggs are actually apricots! Spiegeleierkuchen, which is German for Fried Egg Cake, looks gross but has the potential to taste pretty good. See for yourself here.
