Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Tomatina Festival
Don't miss out on the Tomatina Festival happening this week at Iruna in Scottsdale. In honor of the Tomatina Festival that happens in Spain every year, Chef/Owner Aaron May has created a special tomato inspired menu  that will be available now through August 28, which will feature items such as fresh tomato juice Bloody Marys and ripe tomatoes in stews and salads.

Dig deep in those pockets and join Chef Aaron in his efforts to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. Tonight, the chef is joined by four other nationally acclaimed chefs as they work together to prepare an exclusive six-course tomato dinner with wine pairings. Dinner will run you $200 per person with all proceeds going to local and national MS societies. Tonight's event is limited to 75 people and reservations are required. Call 480-398-3020 to RSVP.

Breakfast Pizza
We want to hug whoever came up with Breakfast Pizza (and thank you Amanda for the pretty pictures). The breakfast pizza is sheer genius in our eyes. Pizza dough smothered in cheese and topped with bacon and eggs. You couldn't ask for a better start to your morning - or end your night -depending on when you decide to chow down on this meal that could go both ways.
