A Chocolate Affair
For all you chocolate lovers out there, every Saturday the JW Marriott will be hosting "A Chocolate Affair," a cooking class all about chocolate. The class will be held in the brand new Champs Kitchen from 10 a.m. to noon. Executive Pastry Chef Kaushik Chowdhury and his team will teach you everything you need to know to sharpen your chocolate cooking skills from just $25 per person. You even get to take home a souvenir apron, recipes and of course chocolate treats.
If booze-y drinks are more your style, the resort will also be hosting a mixology class on Saturdays from 1 until 3 p.m. Guest will learn about the history and production of alcohol as well as learning how to whip up some liquor filled concoctions of their own. The cost of the class is $40 and you must be 21 years or older to attend. Call 480-293-3988 to save a seat for either class.

Saturday night at North Scottsdale wine bar Uncorked: The Unpretentious Wine Bar, enjoy a wine tasting with the folks from Republic National Beverage Co. Sample 10 different wines and Feel free to ask fine wine sales re. Brad Kaoni as many questions as your little heart desires.
