Wrap up your weekend with a little bit of competition at the BBQ Food War at Noca. Sunday August 15th Chris Curtiss of Noca takes on Joe Johnston of Joe's Real BBQ in a brisket battle where the guest decide you take the cake. Speaking of cake, there will also be a cupcake challenge between Tammie Coe and The Coffee Shop in Gilbert. $35 plus tax and gratuity reservations are required.

This might be one of the most disgusting recipes we have come across in awhile. Blogger RetroRuth from No Pattern Required has been on the hunt for the most foul Mid-Century recipe she can find and boy did she find a winner. Jellied Tongue.
