One Badass Burger at Gallo Blanco Cafe

• The service might've been bad 3 months ago but I've been there 2 times this week and I thought the service a little slow but I've never felt ignored and the food is really good. I mean the tacos are so good.

• <p>FINALLY! SOMEONE SAYS IT! I see all these amazing reviews, which, yes the food is really amazing. BUT seriously, the service is by FAR the WORST I have ever had in CenPho. Being someone in the industry for 10+ years, & a downtown foodie, I have a lot of patience for servers who are busy, overwhelmed etc. I loved the food so much that I went back three times in one WEEK...but after three times of being completely ignored, wrong food, and waiting 30 minutes for a bill only to be smirked at, I decided to stick with other places downtown. May give it another shot next year, hopefully the good food keeps them open despite the aloof servers.</p>

To be sure, I've had service that was less than polished on a couple of visits, but I've never experienced service that I would call "horrible" or "garbage". </p> <p>The food has been very good or excellent every time, so the "very poor" comment just doesn't ring true.</p>

• <p>Nope...Mark is correct. I've been there twice and both times the service was complete garbage. Even an complaint about the service didn't even get me an apology. It's sad that such a great place doesn't care about customer service.</p>
