Fat Cat Restaurant and Lounge will host an intimate 6 course Italian Wine Dinner starting at 6 p.m. tonight in Chandler. Chef Eldon Rose is serving up 6 courses of food inspired by the culinary regions of Italy and General Manager Cat Toske will match them with Italian wines to bring out the true flavor of the meal. Christmas in July
