Oh man, are there Top Chef Masters office pools out there? If not, there should be. Wait, what are we waiting for? We could totally make our own, kinda, through the world wide interweb -- whee!

Sorry, still psyched up from last Wednesday's Top Chef Masters on Bravo. The classy reality show continues to deliver with last week's first Champions Round coming right out of the gate with a Quickfire Challenge that divided the group into two teams going head to head in a blindfolded cooking relay race. The teams then stayed together to compete in a grueling wedding food war. In the end, it was Carmen Gonzalez (no!) who had to pack up her knives for essentially doing too much helping and not enough cooking.

We're going with Johnathan Waxman for his Obi Wan-like attitude and simple but crazy-good cooking skills, but worry about the eccentric Susur Lee and dark horse Jody Adams.

Little Chocolatiers: "The Devil Wears Chocolate." A shoe designer requests 30 pairs of high heels made of chocolate. Later, Steve and Kate visit the Utah state Capitol to deliver a chocolate beehive weighing 100 pounds. 10 p.m., TLC

Chopped: "First Things Worst." The chefs must use calf liver in their appetizers; long beans and cuttlefish in the entrées; and a salty condiment in their desserts. 10 p.m., Food Network


Wednesday (May 12)

Oprah Winfrey: "Why Oprah Says She'll Never Diet Again!" Geneen Roth discusses eating and psychological issues she raises in her book "Women, Food and God." 3 p.m., Channel 3, KTVK

(Champions Round!) Top Chef Masters: "Scary Surf & Turf." Cast and crew from "The Simpsons" - voice virtuoso Hank Azaria, creator-writer Matt Groening, and writer Matt Selman - arrive to judge a challenge inspired by the show's characters. Later, the chefs prepare exotic surf-and-turf dishes. 10 p.m., Bravo


Friday (May 14)

Martha Stewart Show: "Chef Charlie Palmer." Recipes for brined pork chops, fingerling potatoes and kale with chef Charlie Palmer and warm-weather cocktails with restaurateur Joe Campanale. 9 a.m., Channel 15, ABC

Kitchen Nightmares: "Sushi Ko." Chef Ramsay visits Sushi Ko in Thousand Oaks, California, a failing second location of a family-owned eatery. Problems include debt, a breakdown of the family dynamic, and a relative who has lost his passion for cooking. 8 p.m., Channel 10, FOX
